Opting In: You provide consent during registration by checking the opt-in box or enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.
Message Content & Frequency: We send messages regarding account security, alerts, or cybercrime incidents based on your preferences.

Opt-In Consent Message  “By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders and marketing messages from Listcrime.com. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt-In Consent Message  “Sign up to receive exclusive offers and promotions from Listcrime.com via SMS. Reply YES to opt-in. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Standard messaging rates apply.”

Opting Out: You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Unsubscribing will disable all SMS notifications, but you may still receive essential security communications via email.

ListCrime is a cybersecurity-focused platform created to share verified intelligence, awareness, and best practices about cybercrime, scams, and digital security. All content, discussions, and use of the AI Investigator must align with this mission.

2. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Defamatory or False Accusations – Falsely accuses any person, company, or institution of illegal or unethical behavior (including banks, government agencies, or businesses) without credible evidence.

  • Off-Topic or Misuse – Is unrelated to cybersecurity, cybercrime, or technology; or uses the platform or AI Investigator for purposes outside of its stated mission.

  • Harassment or Abuse – Harasses, intimidates, or defames others; or encourages hostility toward individuals, groups, or organizations.

  • Misinformation or Manipulative Claims – Knowingly spreads false, misleading, or deceptive statements that could harm others or damage reputations.

  • Infringing, Illegal, or Dangerous Activity – Violates any law, infringes on others’ rights, or promotes unsafe or malicious activity.

3. Moderation Rights
ListCrime reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Remove, edit, restrict, or disable any user content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, or off-topic.

  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate these standards.

  • Refuse service, remove user data, or restrict access to the AI Investigator where use is inconsistent with our cybersecurity mission or is deemed abusive or exploitative.

  • Preserve removed content or user information as needed to comply with law enforcement or legal obligations.

4. Accuracy and Responsibility of Posts
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit. By posting, you represent that your statements are made in good faith and are not knowingly false, misleading, or defamatory.

5. Appeals and User Communication
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may contact support@listcrime.com with a short explanation. We will review and respond at our discretion, but our moderation decisions are final to protect the safety, integrity, and mission of the platform.

 

AI Use and Security Abuse Policy

1. Authorized Use Only
The ListCrime AI Investigator, APIs, and automated analysis tools are provided solely for legitimate cybersecurity awareness, intelligence sharing, and investigative assistance. Users must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with these systems.

2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in or attempt any of the following:

  • Prompt Injection or Manipulation: Submitting inputs intended to override, alter, or bypass the AI’s safety, privacy, or operational restrictions.

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, analyzing, or attempting to extract the AI’s underlying models, data structures, source code, or proprietary logic.

  • Automated Exploitation: Using scripts, bots, or automated queries to overload, stress-test, or spam the AI or platform infrastructure.

  • Malicious or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to restricted areas, private APIs, or administrative functions of the platform.

  • Circumvention of Safeguards: Attempting to remove or evade monitoring, content filters, or access controls.

  • Injection of Harmful Code: Submitting data containing malware, phishing payloads, or executable code designed to compromise the security or functionality of ListCrime systems.

3. Enforcement and Penalties
ListCrime reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account or device involved in such activities. We may also:

  • Block associated IP addresses and access tokens.

  • Preserve related logs and evidence for security analysis or law enforcement referral.

  • Pursue civil, criminal, or contractual remedies where applicable.

4. Cooperation with Investigations
By using the platform, you acknowledge that ListCrime may cooperate with cybersecurity partners, ISPs, or law enforcement in investigating suspected abuse or security incidents.

5. Reporting Security Concerns
If you discover a vulnerability or potential abuse path, you agree to report it responsibly to support@listcrime.com rather than attempting to exploit it.
